Adam Kapner founded NYC Apartment Management in 2013. It was a natural transition from his prior property management career. Adam spent ten years refining his skills by managing properties in Manhattan, the Hamptons, and the tri-state area. Adam most recently worked as the Senior Property Manager of a 250-unit property in Gramercy Park. He managed a staff of ten and directed the marketing initiatives for the properties, and also oversaw construction. During his career managing properties, Adam averaged an impressive vacancy rate of a mere one percent!

Adam Kapner knew from a young age that he loved brick and mortar. Spending weekends with his father onsite at properties which his family owned and operated, Adam witnessed from an early age the tenacity and interpersonal and sales skills required to succeed in the real estate industry.
Adam spent his post-college years working as a municipal bond analyst on Wall Street. However, it was his youthful passion for real estate that prompted him to transition his career to real estate. Adam worked in property management in Manhattan and the Hamptons for ten years and then for two large developers in Manhattan, managing over 600 luxury units, for several years.
Adam founded NYC Apartment Management in 2013 to offer boutique property management services in New York City. Adam’s invaluable skills multitasking and providing personalized services to his clients allow him to develop and maintain trustworthy relationships with residents, clients, vendors, and his staff of 25.
Adam Kapner received his B.A. in Business Finance in 2002 from New England College and currently serves as Trustee.
Adam is an avid runner, skier, and real estate enthusiast. He resides in Manhattan with his wife Liz and their son Matthew.
